These terms are a contract between you and Biolexic LLC, doing business as Biolexic Labs. They govern your use of Correlade on the app and on the web. By using Correlade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Correlade.
Correlade shows historical statistics for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not betting, financial, or fantasy advice. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions.
The statistics come from a third-party data provider. They are provided as is and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Biolexic LLC does not control those sources. Correlade is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by, the National Basketball Association, any team, or any data provider.
Correlade is provided as is and as available. Biolexic LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes any warranty of accuracy, any warranty of completeness, and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Biolexic LLC does not warrant that the statistics are current, uninterrupted, or without errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Biolexic LLC and its owner, officers, contractors, and data providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of Correlade. They are not liable for losses from wagers or from any other decision you make. If Biolexic LLC is held liable for a claim arising out of these terms or your use of Correlade, that liability is capped at the amount you paid for Correlade during the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biolexic LLC and its owner, officers, contractors, and data providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Correlade, your decisions or wagers, your violation of these terms or of law, or your misuse of the data, including redistribution or scraping.
You may not scrape the data. You may not redistribute the data. You may not resell the data. You may not feed the data into automated or machine-learning systems. You may not use Correlade for an unlawful purpose.
Preview requires sign-in. It includes the roster and one matchup report each day. Other hit rates, the rest of each matrix, and the profile beyond the season average stay blurred. Scout adds unlimited reports, hit rates for the last 1 to 20 games, the opponent-team matrix, positional defense, and profiles for the current season and the last season. Pro adds archetype and team splits, the defensive-archetype matrix, and all four season windows. All-Access adds early access to new stat views and new sports as they are added. Height, weight, and speed matching is coming soon. Historical quarter-by-quarter averages are coming soon. New subscribers get a 7-day trial on annual plans and 50 percent off the first month on monthly plans. When the trial ends, the annual price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. An existing Pro subscription on the earlier annual product remains Pro.
A subscription started in the iOS app is billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are requested through Apple. Cancellation of that subscription is done in your Apple ID settings. Refunds for it are handled through Apple, not by Biolexic LLC.
A subscription started on the website is billed by PayPal or by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and recorded on the same account email. It unlocks Correlade in the browser and in the iOS app. Cancel a PayPal subscription in your PayPal account. Cancel a card subscription under Manage card subscription on the membership page. Refund requests go to support@correlade.app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state courts of Florida and the federal courts located in Florida are the exclusive venue for a dispute arising out of these terms or your use of Correlade. You must be 18 years of age or older to use Correlade. Biolexic LLC may change these terms. If it does, it will post the updated terms on this page, change the date above, and give notice in the app or on the web. Your continued use after that notice is acceptance of the updated terms.
